What we collect

Email addresses. If you join our notify list, we store your email address to send you updates about new episodes, comparisons, and curated picks. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by writing to hello@mitothrum.com.

Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep the correspondence to answer you.

What we don't collect

No analytics or advertising trackers. This site runs no Google Analytics, no ad pixels, and no third-party tracking cookies. We don't build profiles, we don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with data brokers.

The concierge chat stays in your browser. Our on-page AI concierge answers from a fixed editorial knowledge base using JavaScript that runs entirely on your device. Your questions are never sent to our servers — because there is nothing on our end to send them to.

Product links on this site may be affiliate links, including Amazon Associates links. When you click through and buy, the retailer may set its own cookies and process the purchase under its own privacy policy. We receive only aggregate commission reports — never your name, address, or payment details.

Health information

Mitothrum publishes educational wellness content, not medical advice. Please don't enter personal health details into the concierge chat or our email forms — we're a shopping guide, not a medical advisor, and we don't want information we can't protect or use responsibly.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at hello@mitothrum.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date above and note the change here for 30 days.
